Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing products from 360 dental

Returns:-

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 calendar days (from the date of purchase) and return the product within 30 days (from the date of purchase).  

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging and free from damage. 

We must draw your attention to the fact that if the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (where applicable):-

Once we are in receipt of your return, we will carry out an inspection and then notify you by email of our findings, should the product pass our inspection, we will then process your refund to the original payment method, please note for credit card payments, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

If the product does not pass our inspection, we will notify you the reasons why we cannot uphold your refund request.

Refund not showing (where applicable):-

If 10 business days have passed and your refund is not showing in your account, please initially contact your bank or credit card company to see if they can see the refund coming in.

If the bank or credit card company confirm there is no transaction pending, please contact one of our customer support team.

Sale items:-

Any items that have been purchased at a ‘sales discounted price’ cannot be refunded. 

Shipping:-

Customers are responsible for the full cost and also arranging the return shipping, this must be by a trackable shipping method as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is delivered back to us by a traceable method.

Product Guarantee for the 360 Fogger:-

  • Our fogging machines come with a 12 month product guarantee which commences from the date of purchase. 
  • The guarantee includes for a repair or a replacement if the product fails to function within the valid guarantee period.
  • If a replacement unit is sent, the replacement is only guaranteed for whatever time period is still remaining from the original guarantee (date of original purchase).

 

Guarantee Exclusions:-

  • Fair Wear and Tear
  • Misuse and Abuse including not cleaning or maintaining the unit.
  • This product is only guaranteed to work with our ‘HOCL’ solution, if under testing it is found that different solution has been used, the guarantee becomes invalid.
  • Once the faulty product is received back and if found to be working after our testing procedure, the same unit will be sent back to the customer.
